Does it protect my counter from heat?

Where can I store it?

Anywhere your toaster lives. Toaster Coaster™ is designed to sit on the counter under your toaster — but it works just as well stored flat in a cupboard or pantry. It goes wherever your toaster goes.

Will it slide around on my counter?

No. The base sits firmly on your counter surface and stays exactly where you put it.

Does it work with any toaster?

Toaster Coaster™ works with most standard toasters. Check the dimensions (11.5" × 10.5") against the base of your toaster before ordering. If your toaster base is larger than these dimensions it will overhang the edges.

We are not able to confirm compatibility for specific toaster models — please use the dimensions as your guide.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Mild dish soap works for stubborn residue. Avoid abrasive sponges, steel wool, and harsh chemical cleaners.

Can I use it under other appliances?

Toaster Coaster™ was designed specifically as a toaster landing pad, but its proportions work well under most small countertop appliances too. For larger appliances, we occasionally have larger sizes available for local pickup in Camrose, Alberta. Email toastercoasterco@outlook.com for availability.

Is Toaster Coaster™ safe to leave under my toaster?

Yes. Toaster Coaster™ is designed for everyday use directly under your toaster. The powder-coated steel provides a durable, heat-resistant barrier between your appliance and your counter surface — so you can leave it in place and not think about it.

Does Toaster Coaster™ help with crumbs between cleanings?

Yes. Instead of crumbs spreading across your counter after every use, they collect on the Toaster Coaster™ surface. When you’re ready to clean, lift your toaster, tip the crumbs into the bin, and wipe. That’s it. No chasing crumbs across the counter.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email toastercoasterco@outlook.com immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best before fulfillment begins but cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

LOCAL PICKUP

How does pickup work?

We pack your order and leave it outside our Camrose home in a deck box, with your name on it — fully contactless. Your confirmation email includes the address so you can come by whenever suits you. We’re a busy family so there’s no need to knock or make an appointment for pickup, which honestly makes it easier for everyone.
