RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our goal is simple: your counter should love this. If something isn’t right, we want to help.

Damaged in Transit

If your Toaster Coaster™ arrives damaged, email us at toastercoasterco@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

We’ll review the claim and determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or other remedy at our discretion.

Not What You Expected

We work hard to accurately describe and photograph our products so you know exactly what you’re getting before you order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering errors

Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect refers to a flaw in materials or workmanship present at the time the product is received.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse
  • Accidents
  • Improper cleaning
  • Product modifications
  • Cosmetic wear
  • Damage occurring after delivery

Exceptions

We will review claims involving:

  • Products damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items shipped

To submit a claim, email hello@toastercoaster.ca with your order number and supporting photographs.

We may request additional information or require return of the product before approving a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

If a claim is approved due to damage, defect, or shipment error, we will provide instructions and cover any approved return-related costs.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Limitation of Warranty

Except as expressly stated in this policy and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” without additional warranties, express or implied.
