Refund & Return Policy

Our goal is simple: your counter should love this. If something isn’t right, we want to fix it.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your Toaster Coaster™ arrives damaged, email us at toastercoasterco@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage

We'll take a look and work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, that might mean a replacement, a partial refund, or another solution that works for both of us. We're reasonable people and we'll treat you like one too.


NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately so you know exactly what you’re getting before you order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

EXCEPTIONS

We will always make it right if:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product arrived damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect

In any of these cases, email us at   toastercoasterco@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. 


RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved due to damage, wrong item, or defect — we will work with you to find the right solution and cover any associated costs.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
