Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship Canada-wide.


FREE LOCAL PICKUP — CAMROSE, ALBERTA

Local pickup is available free of charge for customers in the Camrose area.

Once your order is placed, we'll pack it and leave it in our outdoor deck box at our Camrose address with your name on it. You'll receive an email with the pickup address  — grab it whenever works for you! We're a busy family household so all pickups are fully contactless. No knocking, no appointment, no waiting around.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from Camrose, Alberta.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — no surprises.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times vary by destination within Canada. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control. Delays caused by the carrier or weather are not the responsibility of Toaster Coaster™.


TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, email us at toastercoasterco@outlook.com


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at purchase.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us right away at toastercoasterco@outlook.com — we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.


LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:

  1. Check with neighbours and building management
  2. Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark delivered early
  3. Email toastercoasterco@outlook.com if it still has not arrived

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation.
